JBL Wave Beam

Tried on 3 different devices + reset, impossible to have the connection on both headphones at the same time, only one connects, moreover this problem is well known on the internet, I do not understand how we can sell such a product.

 

What is fixed my problem : when headphones are on , press on both headphotnes 6 times at the same time .

Why 6 Quick Taps Works

• On many JBL TWS (True Wireless Stereo) earbuds:

  • 6 rapid taps on the touch surface triggers a manual factory reset.

  • It clears pairing memory, forces left and right to resync, and removes the “double device” issue.
